Yes indeed. A very Merry and Happy Birthday. You deserve a large birthday cake. But Perry, at your advanced age and in the interest of economy, it would save money if you have two birthdays today and skip next year. That way, you will have one in the bank.

Jim - close, but not quite. I'm 49. Although I've been told I don't look a day over 47. Of course, I was 35 at the time.
Sharon - That song was featured at the start of one of my all time favorite movies. But that's your only hint.

Ha ha, I won't keep you guessing then - the movie is called Joe vs. the Volcano. It's a comedy, at least on the surface, that stars Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. Probably their least known and least commercially successful movie they made together. Listing it as an all-time favorite might raise some eyebrows among folks who have seen it, but it's one of those movies that you can watch on more than one level. Yes, one reason I like it is because it has Meg Ryan in it. But even though I think the comedy is pretty good, the movie goes deeper than that, which is the real reason I like it so much. There's an underlying message that is blended in, and really makes up the movie's true theme. I think that got largely missed when it first came out.
